At Hotel California Sofia, you can check in conveniently even after our reception has closed. For guests arriving after 10:00 PM, we offer an easy Self Check-In option.
If you have a delayed flight, are travelling late, or are arriving in Sofia at night, there is no need to worry about your arrival time. The self check-in process is quick and easy and can be completed in advance using your mobile phone.
Before your arrival, you need to complete the registration for all guests included in the reservation using our Mobile Self Check-In system.
Once the registration has been successfully completed, you will receive all the information you need to access the hotel and your room:
• Your room number
• Access code for the hotel entrance
• Access code for your room
This allows you to enter the hotel and check in independently when arriving after 10:00 PM, without having to wait for a member of our reception team.
1. Enter your reservation number
Enter your reservation number in our Mobile Self Check-In system.
2. Complete the registration by following the steps
Register all guests included in the reservation by scanning a valid identification document – ID card or passport. The document must have a clearly readable MRZ (Machine Readable Zone).
3. Receive your access details
Once the registration has been successfully completed, you will receive your room number, the access code for the hotel entrance, and the access code for your room.
Mobile registration can be completed no earlier than one day before your scheduled arrival date.
We recommend that guests planning to arrive after 10:00 PM complete the registration in advance, so that they have all the necessary access information before arriving at the hotel.
