TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Hotel California, hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”, and its guests, hereinafter referred to as the “Guest(s)”, in connection with the provision of hotel accommodation services.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. By staying at the Hotel, the Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. These Terms and Conditions are binding for all guests, visitors, and persons staying at the Hotel.

3. The Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The current version shall be valid from the date of its publication.

II. RESERVATIONS

1. Reservations may be made via the Hotel’s website, by phone, email, or through partner booking platforms.

2. A reservation is considered confirmed after written confirmation from the Hotel.

3. The Hotel reserves the right to require advance payment or a credit card guarantee.

III. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

1. All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. The total amount for the stay is payable upon check-in, unless otherwise expressly agreed between the Hotel and the Guest (e.g. advance payment, corporate or contractual arrangements).

3. Payment may be made in cash, by bank card, or by bank transfer.

4. Payments made in Bulgarian lev (BGN) shall be converted at the official fixed exchange rate of the Bulgarian National Bank.

5. The Hotel reserves the right to charge penalties in case of non-compliance with cancellation or no-show policies.

IV. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW

1. Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate plan and are communicated at the time of reservation confirmation.

2. In case of no-show, the Hotel reserves the right to retain or charge an amount in accordance with the agreed conditions.

V. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

1. Check-in at the Hotel is available between 15:00 and 22:30 on the day of arrival.

2. After 23:00, check-in is possible exclusively through a self check-in procedure, under conditions determined by the Hotel.

3. For self check-in, the Guest is obliged to provide all required registration details in advance, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

4. The Hotel reserves the right to deny access in case of missing or incorrect registration information.

5. Check-out and room release must be completed by 12:00 on the day of departure.

6. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, prior request, and additional charges.

VI. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUESTS

1. Guests must use the Hotel’s facilities, equipment, and furnishings with due care.

2. Disturbing public order, hotel rules, or the comfort of other guests is strictly prohibited.

3. Guests are financially liable for any damage caused by their actions.

4. Pets are not allowed on the Hotel premises.

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the Hotel and is permitted only on balconies.

VII. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL

1. The Hotel undertakes to provide the requested services in accordance with established standards.

2. The Hotel shall not be liable for lost, forgotten, or stolen personal belongings left unattended.

3. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions.

VIII. PERSONAL DATA

1. The Hotel processes Guests’ personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Personal data is used solely for reservation, registration, and service provision purposes.

IX. FORCE MAJEURE

The Hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure circumstances beyond its control.

X. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. All matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the applicable Bulgarian legislation.

2. Any disputes shall be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, by the competent Bulgarian court.
