The capacity of the house is 10 people. It is divided into two separate parts, each with a separate entrance, an equipped kitchen, a  bathroom and a toilet. One of the studios has a capacity of 4 persons, and the other has a capacity of up to 6 persons. The house can also be rented independently with the full capacity of 10 persons.
