RESERVATION
Reservations can be made in the following ways: by phone, email and through the hotel's website. Guests need to provide information about the name, period of stay, number of nights, number of adults and children (age). A booking is considered confirmed after you have paid the required deposit within 72 hours of receiving the confirmation. If payment is not made within 72 hours of confirmation, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Payment can be made by bank transfer, indicating your name and date of arrival as a reason for payment.

PRICES
All prices on the hotel website are in Bulgarian Leva (BGN) including 9% VAT, tourist tax. The total amount due by the client for the reservation is calculated depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children, number and category of premises, as well as the current price offer for the period.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted according to the cancellation policy specified in the reservation. In case of non-possibility to travel, you can contact us by phone or email to change the dates. Any booking amendments are subject to availability and prior arrangement. In cases of early departure, paid amounts remain non-refundable.

CHANGES ON RESERVATIONS
Changes in reservations (name change, date change, number of guests, room type) are accepted according to the cancellation policy and upon availability, where advance payment remains not refundable .

ACCOMMODATION
Check-in at the hotel is after 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00 on the day of departure.
It is necessary to call in advance +359 888 812 132 (Maria Dimitrova - our host) to arrange your expected time of arrival / departure.
Pets are welcome and are accommodated at no extra charge.
There are 2 baby cots for children up to 2 years old, upon prior request.

PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is protected according to the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and is used only by Guest House Maria. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties.
