Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
For payments made in Bulgarian lev (BGN), the amount is converted according to the official BNB exchange rate.
The hotel reserves the right to charge penalties for cancellations or no-shows according to agreed terms.

IV. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW

Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate plan and are specified when confirming the reservation.
In case of no-show, the hotel has the right to retain payment according to agreed conditions.

V. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in: from 14:00

  • Check-out: by 12:00

  • Reception: open until 19:00

  • Self check-in: after 19:00, guests can check in using a kiosk or provided instructions.

  • For self check-in, guests must provide all necessary registration data according to legal requirements.

  • The hotel reserves the right to deny access if registration data is incomplete or incorrect.

  • Early check-in and late check-out are available only upon request, subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.

VI. GUEST RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guests must use the hotel facilities and equipment responsibly.

  • Disturbing public order or other guests’ comfort is prohibited.

  • Guests are fully liable for any damages they cause.
