According to your reservation your room could be:
- Double Room - "The Level" or Standard/ 1 King size bed or 2 twin beds/ Sea view or Land view. Upgrades available, with additional charge, upon request and availability.
- "The Level" Suite
- Family room – two double rooms ( 1 with king size bed + 1 with 2 twin beds) connected with a door.
Baby cot, kettle, iron, and ironing board are free of charge upon request in the room.
Hosekeeping service
Your room is cleaned daily by our cleaning staff between 9:00 and 17:00.
As we are Family holiday hotel and most of the guests are families with small children, we can't guarantee early cleaning or specific time. Of course if you need so, please contac our Guest Relations team.
If you do not want to be disturbed, please hang the “ Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
Whenever you need fresh towels bed linen change, please inform our Guest Relations (t. 8499), Reception team (t. 8010), or the housekeeping staff.
Please, be advised that we will change your bed linens every 3 days and towels once per day.
Please, do not use your room towels for pool or beach.
In Room Safe
Each room is equipped with an in room safe located within the wardrobe area. It is free of charge. We highly recommend to use it for storage of all your valuable possessions. The hotel does not take responsibility for items that are not properly secured.
Please, read the instruction on how to operate the safety box before using it.
Water dispencers
There are bottle/carafas in each room designed to be filled especially from the water dispencer. On every floor near the main elevators and further on there are water dispenser that are at your disposal 24/7.
They have a special purification function that allows the water within to continuously flow by adopting a natural circulation and purification method, as known as reverse osmosis.
Be careful with the HOT water button - It is very HOT!
Please, use the in room carafas only for water.
AIR –CONDITIONING SYSTEM
Most of the rooms have an central air-conditioning system with individual room temperature control. The air-conditioning system works only when the key card is inserted in the card slot and the balcony door is closed.
Some rooms have individual AC. Please, be responsible and don't leave the balcony door open.
In Room Bar - Extra charge
The mini bar in your room is a cooler, designed only to store hotel supplies with extra charge. It is not included in the All-Inclusive program.
You may find a pricelist in your room.
