Parking
For our guests we provide a guarded underground parking garage, located on Level “G” and an outdoor car parking in front of the hotel. They are subject to availability and are paid. The price is 25 BGN (VAT included) per day/per car.
Upon check-in you will receive a ticket, with your room number. Please, display it in the windscreen of the vehicle. You will also receive a Parking Permit Card, valid until the day before departure.
Please, settle your parking bill in full before departure in order to leave the hotel’s territory.
Check out – 11:00 PM. If you leave the parking lot after 1:30 PM, you will be charged 25 BGN, which you need to pay at the reception. If you extend your stay – after 6:00 PM, the fee is for the whole day All Inclusive.
Important Note: The hotel accepts no responsibility for vehicles parked incorrectly outside the hotel’s car parks (in the tow way zones). Vehicles not within a marked space, or in a reserved parking space, will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Foreign Exchange
The Money Exchange Desk is situated opposite the Reception desк - please, inform yourself about the exchange rate and any additional taxes that may occur.
Beauty studio - Hairdresser & Мanicure
The Beauty studio is located on level R next to SPA reception.
It is a privat studio and you need to make an appointment and inform yourself about prices and any other conditions.

We are pleased to offer free wireless internet access to all our guest. For further questions or assistance about connecting your device, please contact our Guest Relations (tel. 8499) or the Reception (tel. 8010).
Laundry
Price list and laundry bags are provided in your dressing area. Please fill in the respective form for the required service, and put it together with the clothes into the laundry bag. Inform your maid, Guest Relation or the Reception about the required service.
Smoking policy
All indoor premises of Hotel Meliã Grand Hermitage are smoke-free areas according to Bulgarian Law. Please, be advised that not compliance with the low may be subject of penalty.
On the pool terrace there are Smoking areas which you should comply with. Please note that smoking on sunbeds is not allowed.
Rent-a-car: You may contact Guest Relation Desk in order to help you to rent-a-car.
Taxis: Taxi service available at the main entrance. You can check the pricelist at the reception.
Transfers: The Taxi company is at your disposal for any transfer.

Please, kindly note that all meals, snacks, and drinks should be consumed only in the designated Food & Beverage Outlets.
No glass or chinaware is to be taken out. In case of breakage, this could easily cause accidents with our guests.
Food, that stayed under environmental influences (open air or in the guests’ rooms) could be easily spoiled and lead to bowel discomfort. That is why, due to hygiene and safety reasons, “take-away” is not recommended.
Please, do not enter the restaurants barefoot, with wet clothes, topless, or missing pieces of clothing.
Please, don't waste food. Take as much as you can eat and enjoy it.

We would like to kindly ask you not to take the white towels out of your room.
At the reception, you can receive a towel card, which you can exchange for a beige pool/beach towel.

17:00 - 19:00 - towel for a card only
Take good care for your towel/ towel card. In case of loss, you will be charged 30 BGN.
We sincerely ask you not to reserve sunbeds on the beach and by the pool.
Hotel Melia Grand Hermitage do not tolerate such practice and due to this reason our staff is authorized to remove towels and personal belongings from unattended sunbeds in order to provide ones for maximum guests. We will kindly give you time to breakfast and between 10:00 and 11:00, if the sun bed is reserved and not occupied(used), towels and personal belongings could be removed.

The Hotel Management cannot be held responsible for any valuables and cash, which have not been deposited in the safety box of your room, or left in the common areas of the hotel.

Adult supervision is required at all times for children using the hotel facilities.
Parents who wish to sign in their children for the kids club are obliged to declare whether their child is free to leave the kids club unattended.
The animation team requires adult supervision for any activity outside the club, so please get acquainted with the animation program for the day.

Emergency Exits are clearly indicated by green and white symbols. Kindly get acquainted with the Emergency Diagram affixed to your room door. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of the Hotel Emergency Response Team.
Do not use the elevators in case of emergency.
It is essential that during an emergency you remain calm and act on the advice and directions given by the hotel staff via the Public Address System, which will turn on automatically.
Guest Assembly points are situated in front of the hotel's main entrance and Pyramid terrace/ arround the main pool.

Your Health & Safety are our first priority.
To ensure a happy and peaceful holiday for you, we strictly follow the following steps:
- Fire Safety - any electrical devices such as mini heaters, tourist stove, еlectric scooter etc. are strictly prohibited
- Food and drinks - In accordance with the international HACCP program, our products are always freshly delivered from the best producers in the area. We cook them daily and recommend not keeping food outside restaurants at room temperature.
- Pools - the water in the pools and the water park is maintained by a professional company, a leader in water facilities.
The characteristics (Ph, Cl, etc.) are dosed automatically for always best results.
- Building - the hotel is build according to all local regulations, including Fire safety and risk free areas.
If you notice something that can lead to unsafe environment, please contact our Quality manager, Guest Relations desk or Reception.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the building of the hotel, restaurant terraces and outside on the pool terrace sunbeds.
- Smoking open-air areas include:
- Sunchine bar
- "The Level" garden bar
- areas away from the sunbeds and children
The penalty charge for smoking inside the building and in guests' rooms is 200 BGN.
- Preserving Hotel Property is required at all times.
- Respecting the hours for Rest and Peace (14:00 - 16:00 and after 23:00) is highly recommended.
- Using Glass or China/Porcelain around the pools is not allowed
- Taking Food Away from restaurants is not recommended
- Reserving sunbeds at the pool or on the beach by placing towels or personal belongings is not allowed
